Carlo Fancini

Chief Executive Officer

Carlo Fancini is Immersive Bank’s CEO. He inherited the role from his mother when she stepped down in 2014. Carlo has an MBA from Immersive University and is a member of the Institute of International Finance. He is a proud father and an avid football fan.

Sheila Cuthbert

Chief Financial Officer

Sheila is an accomplished finance professional with over 20 years’ experience in leadership roles. A huge proponent of diversity in financial services, Sheila was the recipient of a Woman in Finance Award in 2015. In her spare time Sheila can be found planning her next baking recipe.

John De Rayo

Chief Technical Officer

John has been in his current role at Immersive Bank since late 2018, having previously served in other technical positions within the bank. He has a history of technical innovation in the financial services industry and was an early advocate for automation. He maintains his own technical blog at johnderayo.xyz , which represents his personal views and not those of the company.

Ted Davies

Chief Commercial Officer

Ted manages business development and customer relations for Immersive Bank. He has revolutionised the customer complaints process at Immersive Bank by removing customer feedback mechanisms. On weekends, Ted can be found fishing on the Welsh coast.

Harriet Bates

HR Director

Harriet is an accomplished HR professional who oversees employee development and performance for Immersive Bank. Harriet comes from a consulting background and previously worked for Deloitte and KPMG. Wellness is of particular importance to Harriet, and she has introduced a meditation program at Immersive Bank. Outside of work she can often be found on hikes with her dog.

Simran Patel

General Counsel

Simran oversees all legal and regulatory matters for Immersive Bank. He started his career at Immersive City Council and previously served as Deputy General Counsel at Atlantis Bank. He is a passionate potter and has built a potting shed in his back garden.
